The Canton Fair AKA China Import & Export Fair is a Biannual Trade fair held in the spring and autumn seasons each year in Guangzhou, China. It is the oldest, largest, and most represented fair in China. Focus of Canton Fair is on export of products although importing is also done at the fair.
The event is co-hosted by Ministry of commerce of PRC & Peoples government of Guangdong Province. It is regarded as the pinnacle of international trade events and attracts more than 25000 exhibitors from all over the world every year.
The 135th Canton Fair will be taking place in April & October 2024 & The designated venue for the Canton fair is Guangzhou Canton Fair Complex.

Join us as we take you on a journey through some of the most fascinating destinations in the world.
On arrival, Get connected by our airport representative at arrival hall after Immigration formalities and Baggage Collection. After Meet & Greet Service, guests proceed to city by private Coach. Complete the Hotel Check-in formalities to get fresh. (3pm Onwards as per Hotel Policy).
At the Airport, Do not Forget to Register for Hong Kong Rewards at Hong Kong Tourism Board Counter near Exit Gate. (Passport is Mandatory). Collect your Kit.
Get picked up for half day city tour of Hong Kong covering Harbour front, Kowloon, National Museum, Po Lin Monastry, light walk along Avenue of Stars situated on the Tsim Sha Tsui Promenade right on the waterfront of Victoria Harbor. Admire stunning views of the Victoria Harbor and Hong Kong Island with its numerous skyscrapers. If time allows, catch the chance to watch “A Symphony of Lights” that is held every night at 20:00.
After dinner, get dropped at the hotel. Dinner at Indian Restaurant. Overnight Stay in Hong Kong
After breakfast, check out & transfer to Guangzhou by bullet train/Coach. IMMIGRATION WHILE CROSSING THE BORDER.
Check in at hotel & proceed for half day city orientation tour of Guangzhou.
Networking dinner at Indian Restaurant and Drop at hotel post dinner.
In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 15 days prior to journey date via e-mail/SMS..
The customers can prepone /postpone their tour once without any additional charges (if intimated before 15 days of travel date in written). However postponing & preponing second time will attract additional charges.
Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.
In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time.
We do not accept any changes in plan within 15 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.
The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment.
The advance payment and the invoice Number allotted to you, are transferable i.e. you can pass on your booking to any of your friends/ relatives. (Please Note: In order to transfer your booking you must meet the above terms and conditions first).
If you Cancel your Holiday
30 days or more before date of departure : 25% of total cost
29 - 20 days before date of departure : 50% of total cost
19 days or less before date of departure : 100% of total cost
